More Great Pieces from Bellavista Collection Prepared for the Salone del Mobile 2022

If you have read the previous article, you already know about some of the showpieces, which Bellavista Collection is going to display at the long-awaited anniversary 60th edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile this June. The very special group of showpieces, created between 2020 and 2022, was inspired by Beauty of Nature. They will be displayed together with some revamped long-standing Bellavista’s bestsellers.

The brand has always preferred timeless beauty to temporary trends of fashion. That’s why, Bellavista style, chic and elegant, will never go out of vogue. Besides, the prime quality of every detail is the brand’s distinctive feature: each item serves for decades without losing its beauty. In other words, Bellavista creates Italian luxury furniture that can well be passed to the next generations, quite like it was centuries ago.

Since 2012, the brand makes its exhibitor booth resemble a fully furnished apartment. When visitors of the trade fair enter the booth, they can’t help thinking that they would love to live in a home furnished like this.

Such an approach demonstrates not only the great design of the pieces but also their versatility. Furniture, lamps, boiserie, mirrors, and decorative items from Bellavista Collection easily blend in almost any existing interior and form multiple ensembles.

The brand’s future Bellavista’s booth at the exhibition will be divided into a few areas, furnished as if they were real rooms. The dining room and the bedroom zones, as well as the bespoke walk-in closet (which is this year’s novelty, by the way), were described in the previous article. Now let’s take a brief look at two more zones– the living room and the conversation areas.

The Living Room: Charm and Comfort

This area combines recently designed pieces with time-proven brand bestsellers. ALCOBAS and CHAMPIGNON coffee tables or CARLOTTA sofa is from the latest collection. APOLLO table was designed in 2019. ISABELLA floor lamp, SHENZHEN side table, RITZ consoles, and an all-marble coffee table named PECHINO belong to the extremely successful Dulcechina Collection of 2018.

FILOMENA armchair is not new to the Salone Internazionale del Mobile: it was first showcased here in 2018, a few months later – at MAISON&OBJET in Paris, and returned to Milan in 2019.

Each time it was a renewed piece: in 2018 at iSaloni it was upholstered in red velvet, at MAISON&OBJET – in nubuck leather and patterned fabric. For the 2019 edition of iSaloni, bright green velvet was picked. So, at the 60th edition of the Salone this armchair will look completely different, too.

Although there is little info about the upholstery palette, the only thing that is known for sure is that in 2022 Bellavista Collection is going to prefer bright vivid colors, with shades of green among its favorites. No wonder: we commonly associate green color is with flora, which is in line with the general idea that unites this year’s showpieces.

At the Salone, CARLOTTA sofa will have fabric upholstery; its base, veneered with Moka-stained beechwood, goes well with any color of its covers. There will be two CARLOTTA sofas on display. Behind them, RITZ console table – an extremely popular Bellavista’s piece, created in 2018 – will be placed. Its backlit tabletop, made of a slab of white onyx, is just impossible to ignore. The natural beauty of this semi-precious stone is irresistible!

On the wall behind the sofas, there will be two floor-standing mirrors named YO, with frames upholstered in fabric or veneered in ebony. This looking-glass was designed in 2019, and so was ALCOBAS, a lovely coffee table. Its lower shelf, decorated with hammered cast brass twigs with leaves, reflects the general idea of the entire collection well indeed. ALCOBAS, together with VASCO mirror and wooden wall paneling, will be located in the TV area.

Four extremely diverse but equally attractive coffee tables – APOLLO, PECHINO, CHAMPIGNON, and SHENZHEN – will add zest to the living-room zone.

Conversation area: Coziness and Privacy

Unlike other parts of the brand’s exhibitor both, furniture pieces from this zone are going to be actively used during the fair. Bellavista’s representatives will communicate here with visitors, including colleagues and prospective business partners from all over the world.

People will sit in the cozy PYPER loveseat and on the newly designed pouf, put various stuff onto FILIBERTO coffee table resized for the occasion. To create the right atmosphere for communication, the zone will be decorated by a custom-made metal curtain. This type of curtain come in especially handy when you need to partition off some space, ensuring privacy without designating a real room. It isn’t yet known whether this curtain will be similar to TRANSPARENZE – a years-long bestseller.

MADEMOISELLE chandelier will perfectly harmonize with this small set of furniture, making it feel complete. By the way, you’ll never suspect that this ceiling lamp was designed almost a decade ago – in 2013. The combination of antique bronze finish of its metal parts with fumé glass of the shade looks really stylish.

As you see, most of the future showpieces you can already find in the brand’s online catalog. Each of them comes in lots of options, which gives you plenty of choices when picking furniture for your home. It’s Bellavista Collection’s long-standing tradition: whatever the piece, the brand has always been striving to provide multiple variants. Different veneering for wood and finishes for metal, lots of upholstery materials, and several sizes to choose from – all of this allows customers to pick the item that will be just right for the particular room. What is more, the brand’s designers are able to develop bespoke pieces and ensembles from scratch – like the walk-in closet with lots of bespoke accessories that will be showcased this year. You will always get exactly what you want – just tell designers about it!

All in all, Bellavista Collection has plenty to show at the 60th edition of Salone Internazionale del Mobile. Should you be in Milan between June 7 and 12, you are most welcome to visit this very special exhibition.
