Bellavista Collection’s Communications with Customers Going Digital

It seems that 2020 will be remembered primarily as the year of severe economic and social challenges caused by the notorious corona virus. Now that this year is coming to an end, it’s clear that they haven’t gone yet. In 2021, lots of people will still face problems resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Quarantines and lockdowns aren’t over yet in many regions; even in the areas where the life is almost back too normal, it’s… well, ‘almost’ is the keyword here.

On the other hand, the pandemic taught us some useful lessons (although not all of them were pleasant). We discovered alternative ways of communicating, working, spending free time and relaxing. Forced to stay at home for weeks and even months, we learned how to curb negative emotions and even use bad circumstances to our advantage. We did what we had been postponing for years, we studied new things online, mastered new skills and habits. We supported one another. We tried to keep a stiff upper lip, making lemonade out of those tons of lemons life kept giving us in 2020.

Some of the good habits we developed this year surely will come in useful in the year to come. First of all, we will keep actively using digital means of communication – individuals and companies alike.

Bellavista Collection, a well-known manufacturer of Italian luxury furniture, is far from being an exception.  In spring 2020, the brand had to cease production – quite like most other companies in Italy. The management staff kept working – remotely: the lockdown didn’t mean no work to do. What could be done from home was done from home. Communication with existing and potential customers went on solely in an online format. Regardless of the pandemic, Bellavista Collection’s staff did their best to stay in touch with people, interested in the brand’s products. There are certain channels for it.

The Website

Although the company’s website has always played an important role in informing people about the news and receiving feedback, in 2020 this role has become vital. With the quarantine all over Italy and Salone del Mobile 2020 cancelled altogether, the website became the only means of showing the brand’s anniversary collection to the public. That is why, the website has always been regularly updated ever since 2010, when Bellavista Collection was founded. The company’s staff members do their best to ensure that the site functions flawlessly, loads quickly, can be easily found in search results, and is full of interesting content.

Like all websites, it has a page with contact info named “Contacts”.  It contains the company’s postal address, two email addresses: for clients and press, not to mention phone and fax numbers.

A contact form present on this page will help you quickly send a short message – for example, ask a question or provide feedback. Just fill in the fields and hit the “Submit” button. The company’s representative will get back to you in a little while.

Instagram, Pinterest, and Houzz

Besides, at the Contacts page you will find buttons with links to Bellavista’s account in Pinterest, Houzz (an online community of homeowners and trade professionals from a variety of industries, devoted to architecture, interior design and decorating, landscape design, and home improvement), and, of course, Instagram.

Using Instagram for business purposes is no longer a novelty. Companies from many industries have long been using this popular social media platform to keep in contact with existing customers and attract new ones. Sharing corporate news and ideas, showcasing recently designed products and new collections – that’s just a few purposes Bellavista uses its account for. A considerable number of followers implies that people are interested in the brand.

What is more, Bellavista Collection’s design department regularly works out excellent 3D models of interiors, furnished solely with items from this brand. You can see them on the brand’s Instagram as well. Rooms, apartments, houses, and villas in Bellavista Collection style are so beautiful and functional that any of these projects can well serve as a sample interior design.

Articles

Bellavista Collection regularly posts new articles to the website about a variety of issues. On average, four articles are added every month. The company’s news and info related to the industry; fresh collections and descriptions of Bellavista’s pieces in more detail – all this you can find in the articles.

Direct Email

For the customers who suppose that their communication with Bellavista will consist of more than one question and one answer, sending an email is the most suitable option.  Direct mail is also preferable if your communication is related to business.

Want to send a business offer?

Would like to communicate about a prospective joint project?

Feel like making a bulk order?

Interested in getting a customized item – e.g., of different dimensions, or made of a particular material not on the list of the options for it?

Whatever your question is, feel free to send an email! Bellavista Collection manager will answer you in no time. Nowadays it’s impossible to imagine business without this means of communication – so fast and handy it is.

Salone del Mobile 2021: Hopes and Worries

Although the year 2020 hasn’t not ended yet, serious trade professionals are already thinking about trade fairs in 2021.

Salone Internazionale del Mobile is by all means the main trade event for high-end furniture makers: it’s the biggest, the most prestigious, and the oldest one (it has been taking place annually since 1961, with 2020 being the only exception). The organizers confirm that the exhibition will take place in September 2021; if no force majeure occurs, Bellavista Collection is 100% certain it will participate in it. It means that in a few months, the site visitors will be able to see images of Bellavista’s exhibitor booth and read about the new collection.

However, it’s difficult to predict how that nasty virus will behave… So, let’s cross our fingers the situation will be better by that time and all participants and visitors who plan their visits to Milan, will be able to travel there.
