The Salone Internazionale del Mobile, one of the most prestigious international trade fairs, devoted to various aspects of interior design, this year took place quite recently – between April 18 and 23. During these five days, the huge exhibition center Fiera Milano Rho became an extremely busy place. Hundreds of exhibitors and countless attendees roamed all over the grounds, communicating with one another, enjoying special atmosphere of the event.
For them, these five days were full of networking, participating in numerous workshops, and visiting collateral events. The participants were sharing interesting ideas and learning first-hand about the newest trends in furniture design, not to mention starting mutually beneficial business relationships.

What is more, the Salone del Mobile is Bellavista’s birthplace. At the 2010 edition of this remarkable trade event, the newly formed Bellavista Collection brand presented its showpieces to the public for the first time.
From then on, Bellavista Collection is renowned for its contemporary yet timeless designs. Attilio Zanni, the co-founder of Bellavista Collection brand, is a genius of a designer. Thanks to his brilliant talent, the brand flourished and now its products could be found in many countries all over the world.
This year, at the 61st edition of the Salone del Mobile, Bellavista Collection unveiled a group of novelties. These somehow minimalistic pieces featured clean strict lines and seemingly simple shapes, not to mention top quality of all materials and excellent craftmanship.
These inventive designs proved that, as the old saying goes, less is more. This general idea united the 2023 collection and definitely set Bellavista Collection apart from most of its competitors. A Dream of A Bedroom
When it comes to presenting its showpieces at trade events, such as Salone del Mobile in Milan or Maison et Objet in Paris, Bellavista Collection has a decade-old good tradition. Since 2012, its exhibitor booth at these trade fairs looks like a real apartment. As a rule, the booth is split into several areas, each designed to showcase a particular set of furniture and other pieces.
This year was no exception, and the visitors of Bellavista’s display got a immersive and truly realistic experience of walking through a dream of a home.
Surely, no home can do without a bedroom, and the bedroom zone became one of the highlights of the Bellavista Collection’s display. It was a complete environment, where furniture, wall paneling, lamps, mirrors, curtains felt like an inseparable whole, rather than a simple union of individual pieces.
Nearly all pieces in the bedroom zone are newly designed and were showcased for the first time. The only exception was IGNIS. Created in 2017, this grand-looking and extremely versatile sconce quickly became a bestseller. No wonder: thanks to its design, IGNIS easily blends into an existing interior of any style, from classic to high-tech or modern.
The other showpieces were a complete novelty. For example, the small group named ESENCIAL included several bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The latter is available in three sizes, which is good news for its future buyers. In fact, all Bellavista’s exhibits from the Salone will soon go into production and become available to all. So, it’s a good idea to check the brand’s website after trade fairs for new additions to its catalogue.
Another highlight of the bedroom zone was DIONISO bed. It also is easily customizable; its dimensions may vary, so that the bed forms a set with two bedside tables on its both sides. The wooden part of the bed could be backlit with LED lights, which is not only great-looking, but handy as well.
Quite minimalistic yet elegant design of GEISHA bench greatly contributes to the overall look of the bedroom ensemble.
FRANCIACORTA lamp probably is the most striking piece in this group. It features details, made of selenite, which adds a touch of elegance to this lamp. Such an unusual choice is a perfect example of the brand’s ability to incorporate unique and elegant elements into its designs.
By the way, Selenite is believed to possess magical and healing properties. Some gemmologists and gem therapists affirm that Selenite exerts calming and soothing effect on the mind, helping to relieve anxiety and promote mental clarity. Selenite is also believed to enhance intuition and psychic abilities. That’s why, its crystals are popular with healers and spiritual practitioners, as well as well as with those who seek inner peace, clarity, and spiritual growth. Some people also believe that selenite can help to cleanse and purify the aura, removing negative energies and promoting a sense of balance and harmony. Well, if you are a convinced materialist, you may just love these transparent to translucent crystals with an attractive pearly or silky luster. Whether you believe in their mystic properties, you’ll surely like FRANCIACORTA lamp a lot.
